Tap to start a timer and file the hours under a project. Give each project its own hourly rate and Hourly works out what you earned. Your iPhone and Mac show the same records.
Hourly is a time tracking and hourly pay app for iPhone and Mac, made by the independent studio Orca Kobo. It is built for freelancers and anyone paid by the hour: you time each work session, assign it to a project with its own hourly rate, and Hourly adds up your hours and earnings. When it is time to bill a client, you export a PDF report for any date range and project.
Hourly is free to download and shows ads. Hourly Pro removes the ads and adds CSV export and every color theme. Pro is available as a weekly, monthly or quarterly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase that works on both iPhone and Mac.
Track the hours, see the money, and hand your client a clean report.
Start and stop a timer with one tap. Pick a project and work type, and add a note if you want.
Set an hourly rate for each project and Hourly calculates what every session earned.
Export a PDF report for any date range and project, ready to attach when you bill.
Keep hours separate per project or client, each with its own color and hourly rate.
See your hours by week and month, and which projects take up your time.
Your projects and sessions sync between iPhone and Mac, so both show the same hours.
Screens from the iPhone and Mac apps.
