KeBan is an iOS application designed to help students and tutors manage their learning schedules efficiently. Using OCR and AI technology, it automatically creates course structures from textbook table of contents and intelligently schedules study plans.

## Core Features

- **OCR + AI Course Modeling**: Scan textbook or lecture note tables of contents, and AI will automatically parse chapters, sections, and topics.
- **Flexible Scheduling Engine**: Set weekly schedules, sessions per class, and start dates. The engine generates complete schedules with estimated completion dates.
- **Session Tracking Panel**: Track completion status, notes, and next steps for each session. Progress bars and estimated completion dates at a glance.

## How It Works

1. **Scan and Organize Content**: Upload photos of textbook table of contents. KeBan uses OCR and LLM to automatically create chapter and topic structures.
2. **Create Study Plans**: Set weekly class days, sessions per class, and start time. The AI engine generates the complete course schedule.
3. **Track Each Session**: Mark sessions as completed, postponed, or canceled. Teachers and students stay synchronized on weekly tasks and make-up arrangements.

## Data Privacy

- Uses Firebase Auth/Firestore as the core
- Only stores essential class data
- Supports single-user use with clear, controllable data permissions
