Agreement to Terms

By using PicStack ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. PicStack is operated by Orca Kobo ("we", "our", or "us").

Description of Service

PicStack is an iOS application that helps you organize and search your saved images. The App uses AI technology to analyze images and generate searchable metadata including titles, summaries, and tags.

User Accounts

You may use PicStack with:

  • An anonymous account (no sign-in required)
  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Anonymous accounts cannot be recovered if you lose access to your device.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • 30 AI analysis credits per month
  • Earn additional credits by watching ads
  • Bonus credits never expire

Pro Plan

  • 500 AI analysis credits per month
  • No advertisements
  • Early access to new features

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PicStack to:

  • Upload illegal content or content that violates others' rights
  • Store or distribute malware or harmful software
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
  • Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our systems

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to PicStack. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store your content on our servers
  • Process your images through AI services for analysis
  • Display your content back to you within the App

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the service.

AI-Generated Content

The titles, summaries, and tags generated by AI are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. You should review AI-generated content and not rely on it for critical decisions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep PicStack available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service outages

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orca Kobo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

Termination

You may stop using PicStack at any time by deleting your account through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
